  • Opened or used products cannot be refunded due to hygiene and safety reasons.

  • Products purchased during promotions, sales, or bundle offers are non-refundable (unless defective).

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be provided via bank transfer or store credit.

5. Shipping Costs

  • If you received a damaged, wrong, or defective product, Home Decore will cover the return shipping costs.

  • In other cases, customers may need to bear the return shipping charges.
